CITY OF GREEN BAY – UTILITY MANAGER
The Public Works Department is seeking a Utility Manager to oversee the sanitary sewer and stormwater utilities providing infrastructure that are essential to the community. In this role, you’ll manage a skilled team of engineers, specialists and field personnel, ensuring the successful management of critical sewer and stormwater systems. You’ll also be responsible for managing stormwater and sanitary sewer programs under state and federal permits, helping to ensure we meet the highest environmental and regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 6-years of progressively responsible experience with municipal projects and sewer system operation and maintenance with 2-years in a supervisory capacity. A combination of equivalent experience and/or education may be considered.
- Registration with Wisconsin State Board of Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers and Land Surveyors as a Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

PVA, LLC – Partner Wanted
PVA, LLC is a small group of people dedicated to developing and distributing WinSLAMM, the urban
stormwater quality software used to evaluate pollutant loads in urban stormwater runoff and apply
stormwater control practices to determine pollutant and runoff volume reductions. PVA is looking for at
least one additional partner to assist us with one or more of the following tasks:
1. Training
2. Providing technical assistance to Users
3. Preparing and reviewing technical documents and reports
4. Web site upkeep
5. Software development
If you are a stormwater engineer or scientist with significant experience with and enthusiasm for
stormwater quality and drainage issues who would like to collaborate with us over both the business
and technical sides of the LLC, please let us know. We also hope you will be working with us for the long
term. This work is part time and the time commitment will vary over the course of the year, but no
investment into PVA is required for new partners. Software sales and training revenues are distributed
to partners annually depending upon each partner’s contribution to the LLC.

Hiring Range: $109,221 – $128,502 annually
Work Schedule: Monday –Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m., plus
additional hours as required.
