Golf Digest consistently awards Turtleback the prestigious 4 star rating. The four star rating is given to courses Golf Digest deems “OUTSTANDING. Plan your next vacation around it.”

Scramble Rules

Scramble (often called “Best Ball”) Details:
– Each player tees off
– The team chooses which tee shot they would like to play from
– Each player hits again and moves to the best shot
– This is repeated until the ball is in the bottom of the cup*
Teams are allowed to move the ball up to ONE CLUB LENGTH, no closer to the hole, without changing/improving the lie (example: moving the ball location from rough to fairway, or fringe to green)
To keep play moving, we are instituting a “2 Putt Max” rule. If the first putt, ON THE GREEN, is not made by anyone on the team, you may pick it up, count two putts toward the score, and keep moving!
