NASECA-WI will follow the state and/or local mask mandate requirements in place at the time of the training. While NASECA-WI can not require protocol different than that required locally, we do encourage attendees to either be fully vaccinated or wear masks as a precaution. We will also seat attendees in a method to accommodate social distancing. If you register for a hybrid event as an on-site attendee and are sick or running a fever at the time of the program, please refrain from attending in person and we will switch you over to the virtual option at no additional fee.
Refunds for any event are granted up to 5 business days in advance less a $10 processing fee. Transfer of registration to another person is allowed at no additional fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellation notice less than 5 business days prior to the event.
There are several reasons why NASECA-WI charges the same event registration fee for virtual and in-person attendance. Although virtual attendance does not include food and beverage costs, it does require additional costs associated with hardware, software, administrative preparation and rehearsal to coordinate a live and virtual event. In addition, we have found that attendees appreciate the ability to change their attendance from in-person to virtual and vice versa as the need occurs. This often affects the food and beverage count that we provide to the venue/caterer at least a week in advance.
